13 Jan 2007 (By the way, I found that I could substitute a 2N2222 NPN transistor for the BC846B specified for the AVR-PG1B.)

22 Jan 2000 The transistor can be almost any 2N2222 or 2N3904 type or substitute. The 1N270 is a germanium diode, and any germanium diode will work.
Substitute for 2N2222 - I have seen many circuits using the 2N2222 transistor correct me if it isn t one . one of them uses it to control electrical
2n2222 transistor circuit: video, images, news, and photos. to get 13W out of it, so it would be better as an extra stage rathere then a substitute.
2 Dec 1998 Also, you can substitute for larger power transistors (2N2222 NPN) and keep the smaller signal transistor (2N3906).
File Format: PDF/Adobe Acrobat - Quick ViewSubstitute Toroids: See Lo-Key #46 Jun '95 p.16 for 'A Table of Equivalent Toroids' (minor corrections. 2N2222 Si NPN high s switch. Metal TO18 case see
Incidentally, we can substitute a 2N2222A, 2N4401 or any general purpose NPN with a minimum hfe of 50 for the 2N3904 transistor used in this design example.

4 Jul 2008 I have seen many circuits using the 2N2222 transistor (correct me if it isn't one). one of them uses it to control electrical appliances. It says it.
3 Apr 2010 It's very difficult to imagine why a 2N2222 would blow up the circuit. the SMO7275 is wrong and the 2N2222A is not a valid substitute.
(A penlight can provide a substitute for the infrared emitter, The 2N2222 transistor acts as a switch in the gate-cathode path of an SCR.

4 postsHow easily could I substitute, say, a switching transistor, perhaps one of the 2-3 dozen 2N2222's or 2N2102's that I have, for an "analog" transistor,
